Developed and presented more than 500 seminars, workshop and presentations and facilitated interactive panel discussions for a number of organizations, for groups of 10 to 500 people on the topics of: Law, Bankruptcy, Business Management, Diversity, Communications, Credit, Finance and Leadership.
Authored more than 100 newsletter and trade magazine articles on the subjects of Bankruptcy, Collections, Credit and Finance, including participation as a contributing author of the Creditors’ Committee Manual, published by the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Represented debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases.
Represented creditors (as a consultant) on over 40 Chapter 11 official unsecured creditors committees;
Served as Reorganization Consultant to Debtor-in-possession in Chapter 11 cases.
Recreated books and records for Chapter 11 Debtor in Possession, sufficient to allow the debtor to stay in possession and eventually confirm a plan of reorganization.
Served as General Manager of Chapter 11 debtor business for Chapter 11 Trustee.
Served as Secretary to the Chapter 11 official unsecured creditors committee.
Assisted panel trustee in the liquidation in several corporate Chapter 7 cases.
Qualified and testified as an expert witness – in Federal and State Court.
Served as a Mediator for over 10 years for the No. Distr. of Calif. BDRP Program.
Currently a Mediator for the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court.
